Chuck joined Clark Properties in 2003 as a Maintenance Technician and was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor in 2006. In 2007, Chuck was promoted to head of the Maintenance Department and now oversees all aspects of Maintenance for the Company's over 55 properties and manages 6 full-time staff members.

Chuck is a Certified Pool and Spa Operator and is a certified Universal Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Technician. He has also completed OSHA Compliance Training. In 2004, Chuck was awarded the Above and Beyond Award for his dedication and performance above and beyond the call of duty. In 2006, Chuck was awarded the Douglas J. Clark Award, the most prestigious recognition an employee can receive, for consistently showing qualities of hard work, leadership and service to the Company.

When he can get away, Chuck enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with his family. Chuck and his wife welcomed the birth of their first child, Elisabeth in October 2008.
