Mike Polito joined Clark Properties in January 2008 as Financial Controller after relocating to Daytona Beach from Omaha, Nebraska. Mike works with the Chief Financial Officer on the financial affairs and oversees the day to day operations of the accounting department.

Mike has over seven years experience in commercial real estate, both in the public and private sector. He has held past positions of Senior Properties Accountant, Finance and Accounting Manager, and Asset Manager/Acquisition Analyst. Mike holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

When Mike isn't crunching numbers he heads out for a round of golf, hits the water for some scuba diving or practices for the Clark Properties Corporate Cup softball team.
